Hygienic Bag filters:

Constructed from SS 316, finished with a high polish to any required standard, both internally and externally.

Connections are TRI-CLOVER®, or other type as required.

Seals are EPDM, nitrile, VITON® or PTFE

The filter housing can be fully dismantled for cleaning.

Fits 'standard' filter bags in either mono-filament gauze(mesh) or filter felts, or with baskets in Sintered metal mesh or other special materials.

Available as a single or double length versions or 'mini' for smaller applications

Customer models incorporating any additional feature the customer requires can be made.

High capacity filters

Constructed from SS304, SS316 or carbon steel

Connections are Flanged: ASA, BS, PN, Hygienic type, screwed BSP, NPT, etc. in any size required.

Pressure ratings are 6 barg (others by arrangement)

Lined filters

Lining materials:Polypropylene, PVDF, FEP, RUBBERS (EPDM, NBR, VITON®)

Shell materials:Carbon steel, S316, SS 304

Other linings/shells by arrangement.

Design:BS 5500 fully coded, or constructed according to this standard(good engineering practice)

Working Pressure, Design :Pressure and Temperature all as required.

Connections: Flanged, any size and type (ASA, PN,BS e.t.c.)
Threaded (BSP,NPT etc) using appropriate adaptors.

Bag and Cartridge versions, with single or multiple elements in suitably chemical resistant materials.
